Success!
So, in case you were wondering what’s caused the remiss in my blogging, i have lost 10% of my body weight since August 2008. Yesterday i ran twice as long as i walked for the first time EVER. It was exciting. I had to change gyms after a bit of a spat with my original gym’s management, but i am trying not to be overly intimidated by having to put weights on the strength machines myself.
The big question of the evening is: do i attend a group-class (my first since going to yoga at the Y what is now almost a year ago), do i continue with my biking/elliptical training on days i don’t run, or do i go about being a responsible individual and go home to work on my statement of purpose, writing sample and other administrative details. Eep. there need to be more hours in a day.
